As a Project Manager for CDIT Inc., you will be an important member of the team that accomplishes project objectives, establishes project scope, coordinates the development and implementation of solutions as well as manages client expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, consulting, leadership, and management skills.

• Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical. Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.
• Exceptional documentation skills – will be required to regularly produce winning proposals, presentations, statement of work documents, project plans, requirements documents as well as Workflow & Process documents. You MUST be very comfortable generating high quality documents quickly.
• Understands client’s needs, identifies the root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer. Experience gathering solution requirements by interviewing users, conducting focus groups, creating requirements documents, and developing prototypes. Experience establishing an enterprise framework for all phases of software development: requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery.

This position is a very diverse hands-on role that requires an energetic, motivated and highly reliable person that takes ownership and enjoys challenges. You will work as part of our development, implementation and support services team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership to define, plan, implement and support enterprise-wide image capture, document management, and workflow solutions for our customers.

You will have the opportunity to learn and implement Enterprise applications such as Kofax Ascent Capture, Open Text, Basware, etc.

• Extensive experience in application development, systems integration, and implementation of end-to-end, solutions.
• Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in implementing/configuring Kofax Ascent Capture and any Document Management or Workflow solutions.
• Post-secondary education in Computing Science or equivalent.
• Able to architect IT solutions.
• Able to grasp different technical products quickly and thoroughly.
• Able to work with different technologies: A mix of C# .NET, JAVA, VB6, C++, Webservices, programming with DBs, mostly ODBC related.
• Be comfortable visiting client sites on a regular basis, so must be customer-oriented.
• Able to write documents including project status reports, technical proposals, etc. on a regular basis.
• Working knowledge of Kofax products.
